The first book in a brand-new series that makes a person think, "Just how did dragons survive the flood?" Nothing is as simple as it seems...
Remember, this adds you to my email list.
A gufa (also spelled guffa) is a woven boat. Yes, woven. According to Merriam-Webster, it is “a round boat made of wickerwork used in Mesopotamia from ancient times.”
Why do I use a large gufa in my story for the Ark instead of the traditional Ark made of gopher wood? Okay, I get where you are coming from. I originally did have the traditional Ark in my book. I found a news article based on a shard of cuneiform tablet that actually discussed a great flood and the taking of animals two by two into … a gufa. That is why I changed and broke from tradition (Yes, I have been working on this story for a long time). Here is a link to a YouTube video about “The Ark Before Noah” (2016) and the book can be found on Amazon.
I started incorporating this into my book before I ever saw any videos or read his book. So there are differences. But that is okay.
Enjoy
P.S. At this time I am not affiliated with Amazon, but things could change.
